Facility Services Company
An eight-year old facility services company serving Utah, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico was growing fast and was soon to outgrow its current leased facility. The company was also consistently short on cash. The client had contacted several local banks and were unsuccessful in securing traditional corporate financing. They had turned to factoring to fuel their growth.
As they continued growing, they knew they knew we needed more cost-effective financing and a larger facility but were at a loss on how to accomplish these goals quickly.

The Ballard team quickly identified some sources of less costly capital, identified weaknesses in the accounting operation and helped the client make some key changes. With the Ballard Consulting team’s help, the client was able to secure financing to acquire the new building, get a working capital loan and upgraded its accounting operation and reporting structure.
